Warranty Summary

One Year comprehensive domestic warranty on All parts excluding the plastic body of the product and any other additional accessory purchased separately. Technician visit, if applicable, will be free for the customer.

Warranty Service Type

On-site Service. Customers need to call 1800 103 1300/send a mail to waterpurifier@vguard in and register a complaint. Warranty obligation shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement for the part(s) which is/ are found faulty. Technician Visit, if applicable, will be free for the customers in warranty period. (On-site Warranty is currently available PAN India).

Warranty covers Filters and Electrical Parts. It also includes Two Preventive Maintenance Services, No Charges for Technician Visits and One Free

Any transportation cost. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, repair, or maintenance.
