Warranty Service Type

On-site Service. Customers need to call 1800 103 1300/send a mail to waterpurifier@vguard. in and register a complaint. Warranty obligation shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement for the part(s) which is/ are found faulty. Technician Visit, if applicable, will be free for the customers in warranty period. (On-site Warranty is currently available PAN India).

Warranty covers Filters and Electrical Parts. It also includes - Two Preventive Maintenance Services, No Charges for Technician Visits and One Free Re-Installation.
